Not just plastic

This poor creature had tried to eat what looked like tinfoil ribbons, maybe from a balloon.  It was in the Botanic Garden at Bundaberg, so hopefully someone would be able to help it.  There didn't seem to be any litter laying around the gardens and as they are not fenced in could have picked it up any where.  So distressing to see.
