Real rain at last - 20mm fell last night. Not enough to break the drought but it should help put the fires out.
The extra shows that Evans Lookout Road is still closed down past the houses. The fire that went through here on New Years Eve is well and truly out now, but this area must have a low priority for dangerous tree clearing as it's a dead end tourist road.
