Orchid

Last Saturday The Man and his brother went of down to the south of the county to listen to a couple of orchid talks. I knew they wouldn't come back empty handed!

This is Paphiopedilum maudiae, a slipper orchid. It's quite unlike any others we have in the house.

A bit of a lazy day today though I did visit my accountant and get the weekend shopping as well as doing some tidying at home. Oh, and I had some games of tennis on the Wii Fit, something I haven't done for some time!
