Pillbox

A WW2 pillbox in Seaton Park. After the fall of France in 1940 thousands of these concrete dug in guard posts were built in the UK due to the risk of a seaborne invasion. The NE coast of Scotland was considered to be a prime location for such an invasion and some of these old guard posts still remain.
