Washed up or abandoned?

I paid another visit early this morning to the site at Pagham Harbour where the erosion is taking it's toll to the beach front. Things are starting to get desperate there now for some of the folk living right on the beach.

This boat caught my eye and I couldn't decide on washed up or abandoned...seeing as there is a pair of wheels alongside I presume abandoned. One careless owner....I could make enquiries if you are interested in a restoration project.
