Silly Amaryllis

I am sure this Amaryllis is aiming to reach the ceiling before the flowers open.  It is already almost at the top of the window frame.  Is it ever going to stop growing, I wonder.  Thought it would fit the Silly Saturday challenge.  Thank you admirer for hosting.
