Frosty morning

Frosty morning at Bootcamp this morning, this was taken at about 10:30 am after a circuits class. It was great working out at 1 degree in bright sunshine, set me up for the day. After shower and breakfast off to London on the train for an overnight stay with old friends and a walk tomorrow.
