Sunset in the KItchen

What a fabulous day. Frost on the bedroom window this morning then wall to wall crisp sunshine. T came over and we all got cracking in the garden. Himself stacking log, T strimming and chainsawing and me battling copious amounts of ivy. 
Creaking in all the wrong places, I thought a quick yomp round the circuit might even things out. It was glorious. A sad note though - today Arundel's pub closes. It's been going for years and is the only pub in the village that stayed open all year round. It had an extensive revamp around 7 years ago, making it more family and foodie friendly but has obviously been struggling. It has the most wonderful garden looking right out across the bay so if anyone fancied a seriously hard job with a stunning view, this could be for you - the lease is going!
Today's view could just about be enjoyed from Arundel's, Kitchen Cove at a slightly different angle as the tide was low.  The little red boat was illuminated in its own spotlight.
