Artists Everywhere

My corner of Tokyo, Kichijoji, has a famous park called Inokashira Kouen. This is a great place to go to in all seasons. In summer, it is a good 5C cooler here thanks to the trees (it gets mighty hot and humid in Tokyo, so even 1C cooler is a blessing!). In spring, it explodes in colour with the cherry blossoms and the crowds of people coming out to enjoy them. In autumn, the amazing colours of the leaves and the fresh smell of the fallen leaves are irresistible! In winter, the leafless trees allow the sun to shine much stronger as there is much less shade, so it is a good spot to go to soak in the sun and heat up! :) Finally no matter what season, my park is always full of artists as they relay on paper and canvas the beauty that they see around them.
