Mussels

I know I did a food blip yesterday and this is yet another food blip but this is the first time I've cooked mussels at home so I wanted to capture it.

These were done with ginger, garlic, spring onion (or cibies as we call them in Scotland) and soy sauce.

Big, juicy and delicious ... we needed some crusty bread to soak up the juice as well!!!!
