Smoky sunrise

When walking down to the bus this morning I saw a wee pink cloud, so I took a photo.

Then when the bus journey started and I could see the sun rising over the hills in a pink hue, with sunlight streaming everywhere.

It was spectacular!

I couldn't resist taking a photo through the bus window - so excuse the bad quality iPhone photo, I didn't get much opportunity to take a really good photo as work was calling.

Ran into two old managers from jobs I really didn't like...

Got a lot of stock in at work!

Then read that the amazing sunrise was due to the smoke from the fires in Australia!

Pity the southerly rolled in so there was no pretty sunset to match...
