From the far end for a change.
You can see Ailsa Craig, Sheep island, and Sanda island.

Courtesy of storm Brendan the dune line is broken towards the car park end leaving an exposed sand face and the slope for access to the beach is a bit battered leaving a bt of a scramble to get down or up. Lots more rocks exposed too which will take a lot of tides to recover and smooth out.
