Tasteless

The first bag of mandarins I bought from the market tasted lovely, but this second bagful are not nearly so good, in fact for citrus fruit they're on the way to tasteless. So I'm going to make some marmalade with them, and to ensure that it does have some taste I'm going to include a good helping of fresh ginger! Fingers crossed.
