The Home Preacher

HP came across the Home Preacher whilst browsing a few antique shops and decided we should have it in our home. A very kind thought.

The book is wonderfully illustrated. The frontispiece gives the rational for the purpose which is that a service can be given in every home. Very useful for use in a country area with a sparse widely spread population.

I doubt that this one has been used much, if at all, judging by the condition of the pages and binding.

The extra shows the Christmas Tree lights coiled up to be put away for next year. Of course, I had switched them on one final time to check that they were working: all 500 of them.
