Baking

We baked a cheesecake on Saturday (Yotam for extra middle class points). The children were desperate for it to be ready as evidenced by the hand prints created while repeatedly peering into the oven.

"Step 6 - Allow to set for 4 hours or ideally overnight in fridge"....doh! They then suggested staying up till about 10pm just to eat the cake!!
