A rare sighting ..... for me that is!

No foliage to hide behind so this male bullfinch was just there ..... sitting on the branch and showing me his best side ..... shame he wasn't silhouetted against a blue sky!

A morning of washing, shopping and tending to my four amaryllis plants that are sitting on the window sill ..... three are growing nicely but one doesn't seem to be thriving .... guess I'll have to talk some words of encouragement to the reluctant bulb.
