Rise And Shine

There was heavy snow yesterday at Peña Blanca nearby and I could see a smattering of snow on the hilltops while I was driving to school.

Must be winter.

But although it was very cold first thing, the sun rose and gave some warmth to the early morning.

I was dropping Duke off at his Uncle Ellis'. He is off on his first overseas holiday.

Duke, that is. He's spending the week in Gibraltar while Jacqui and I spend a couple of days in the UK.

I hope he gets on with the apes.
