Brownie Cookies

Meant to make these yesterday but was too tired. Managed to fit them in today instead. Only 30g flour to 200g chocolate! 

Busy day in the office prepping for 3 days worth of fieldwork. Off to Galloway for a couple of days.

Enjoying chatting with my job share today. She also appreciates stars, sci-fi, not giving too many hoots about vanity, and shares in the trials and tribulations of parenthood.
