Can’t stop the Dance

Great day at the Peak. Tried best to put Shams advice and tuition into practice at gym session in morning: decreasing weights slightly, keeping tension and muscles engaged at all times, increasing reps to 15 and introducing one arm options for low row and pulldown. Managed to burn 667 calories in 1 hour 37 minute session.
In the afternoon it was Fit4Life class with Laura. Fantastic music as always to help us through our exercises and as always great fun and hilarity. The class certainly got participants moving and it was hard for Laura to clear the studio with many wanting to strut their stuff and demonstrate their best dance moves after the class had ended. I recorded a burn of 449!calories for the class so Stewart will need to push me tomorrow at his class if he wants to match, or beat that!!
