It was all going so well

Bring back the tennis elbow, it was more bareable! Yesterday I developed a pain in my left arm. At 4am it was excruciating. It has got worse today. I can't drive. I will go in search of a private physio tomorrow.

This is the only photo I could manage. I'm hoping this will help me sleep!
