Weed or Wildflower?

When I left home this morning it was 15 F and sunny.  I happily tooled around, grateful for the seat heaters and fleece blanket I keep in the car.

I stopped at Wiley Creek to look at the frozen mounds of snow and ice.  I took this photo on a whim without being able to see what I was shooting very well.  It turned out to be my favorite photo of the day because of the miniature details.

I visited a 5-month old rescued puppy who checked all the boxes but one:  I did not fall in love with her.  As Saint-Expurey wrote, "It's only with the heart that one can see rightly."  I'm confident the right dog will come along if and when it's meant to.

Thanks for your kind feedback yesterday and for visiting today.
