Cake... Must be Friday!

Every Friday is, as I have blipped before, Lighthouse coffee shop at church.
And every week I get my coffee and a cheese scone, and later maybe a slice of fruit loaf or something sweet.
This week I went for the healthy option instead to begin with: carrot cake!
Now I've tried carrot cake at Lighthouse before because I'm told that Celia Spider's carrot cake is exceptional (It didn't do it for me due to the inclusion of banana in the recipe - A phobia I have...). This week's carrot cake was banana-less, and was amazing - so much so I didn't want for anything else!
(sadly my picture of the scones and loaf was better than my picture of my carrot cake!)
