I suppose we could share?

The blackbirds chase the chaffinches away, but they are brave enough to get close to the pigeons! Another day of non-stop activity on the bird front, with the robin urging me to bring out more food whenever I went outside.
The roads looked clear but we didn't go out except to take Russet for a not-very-long-walk. She is promised extra runs when the snow has gone!
I managed to read my bookclub book for an hour this afternoon and scanned in the odd family photo which my brother was waiting to see - why is there always so much to do at home??
I thought that the days would provide many long hours to be filled with such activities - when I contemplated retirement !
