All About Eve

We were up at Glasgows botanical gardens today and I came across this picture of Eve (as in Adam and Eve) in the kibble palace.

It reminded me of how how they have worked out through DNA that the vast majority of the world's population are decended from on tribe which left Africa 70,000 years ago, and there even could be a link to one woman.

So while the traditional story of Adam and eve is claptrap, the theory of one mother earth figure isn't so far fetched.
