Repot imminent.

Well; as soon as it's flowers are finished. Each flowering season it throws a flower from the base of last year's pseudobulb; then, after flowering, a new bulb develops.  Trouble is, it's always from the same side; in consequence its next pseudobulb will be entirely beyond the confines of the pot and since it's already a bit unsteady I think that'll be the next job after flowering
