marmalade part 1

Seeing the boxes of Seville oranges around, I decided to have a go at making marmalade. I've never done it before, so here goes. I've squeezed all the fruits and cut all the peel, and now have to leave overnight before I simmer with the sugar.  It smells gorgeous. The muslin bag contains the pips and bits of fruit.
