Back-blip

It was my nephew Luke (on the right)'s 25th birthday so he came over for some lunch and a drink before heading out on the town with his friends. Luke and his brother Joel (on the left) have both been vegetarian all their lives, but Luke told us at the last minute that he was doing Veganuary so the veggie meal we'd planned was no good and Norm had to rush out to Sainsbury's. Thank God for Norm! :-D

It was a beautiful sunset so mum, Norm, Holly and I headed out into the park for a walk.

Dad was out of bed today and sitting in a high-backed chair so that was an improvement.
