Flamingo colours

I am back blipping for Friday and my first trip of the year to Birdland with a client. I was initially concerned at the flat light but actually the birds were quite active and we got really close to them. Also the colours of the greater flamingos were the most gorgeous shade of pink and that's what I've chosen to blip. In extras though is a juvenile white naped crane and Mum/Dad. I think it is three years since these cranes had chicks and they have quite a long bit of water to patrol so often I don't see them. On this occasion they came right up to us and we both got some lovely shots.
