Reflective

Not quite the long walk I was after, but i did manage to get Himself out, and get my boots dirty. By long I mean five or six hours, ideally with hills and sheep, or even wild ponies (hard to find in Berkshire). He means around an hour, maybe two at the most and ideally with a pub break in the middle.

We do have things in common really.

We talked some stuff through. I cried* a bit. We made some decisions. We're in a better place.

When the rains came we settled in front of the fire in the pub. That was good too.

Thai for tea.

*Not at the talk or the decisions, just at the enormity of it all. Plus I didn't sleep well due to the huge amount of lovely, but very rich, food I ate at dinner.
