A boat going nowhere

Was picked up today by Terrifo and taken to RHS Rosemoor for a wander and a welcome cuppa there after.  It is wonderful to see the gardens looking so good, having been cleaned out, pruned and replanted as needed.  The hellebores are all out and there are signs of new growth in many places.
Home via Bideford where I found this old boat in the river Torridge - going nowhere.  This is the view across the river with the old Bridge on the left.  The starlings were flying around - a very mini murmuration - but we did not wait to see them settle, under the bridge I believe.
