Hanging

We went on a walk around part of Bognor today as our son had to be at church early again today due to helping with the PA.  I thought that these catkin type things were lovely and the best photo I took on the walk.  One interesting thing we saw was a small isolated graveyard.  I was taking some (very unsuccessful) photos of it when a local lady stopped and asked if I was taking photos of the snowdrops.  She then told us that the graveyard had been part of a convent which had been demolished about forty years ago and a housing estate built.  She apparently has the old convent wall at the end of her garden.  So we learnt some more of the local history thanks to her :-))
