Run!

So today was about getting Mrs G a proper pair of running shoes as she moans about her heel the day after she's been out. Over to Oldham to visit Up & Running as they specialise in this sort of stuff. Video from behind that shows if you're and outter or inner person.
Anyway, after ace service, she's got some proper trainers.
I on the other hand have my new walking boots and went out for a short 5 mile walk up through the quarry this afternoon. Wet! Lol.... :-))
