Mono Monday - Rhymes with Slow

Its been an extremely hot day of somewhere around 39 - 40c ugh so we stayed inside all day in the air con which didnt leave much scope for a blip really.

Late afternoon, still very hot and the little duck on the kitchen bench made a lovely shadow show on the wall ;o) Perfect for the challenge!!

Feeling mostly better today still a bit of a headache but definitely on the mend!! :o)
