War Horses

This powerful piece of art was created by my great uncle, Paul Brown during or shortly after World War I.  It is dedicated to my grandfather -- Paul's brother-in-law -- who served in the US Cavalry in France during that time.

I thought this was an especially appropriate image to post today, as we are going to see the movie 1917 this afternoon.
