Massive Energy Overflow

Little Man played Skylanders (a video game) with his friend in the morning, and had a lot of energy to burn in the early afternoon. That's one of the problems I have with these games: he gets all wired up, and all he can do with this energy is click with his thumbs...

SOOO, we packed a light picnic and off we went to the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge. The wild grasses were burned recently (annual controlled burns are a part of this habitat's maintenance), so much of the landscape looked a bit bare and surreal.

Until we got to the bayou scape. Can you say "whoa!!!"???
