The Bridge of Don

I had to go into Aberdeen this morning. A three hour round journey for a five minute appointment!!
As it was such a lovely day, I stopped off on the way home to have a stroll towards the mouth of the River Don.
I can still remember when the river was so polluted that you had to hold your nose when crossing it in a car.
It looks so much cleaner now.
