Lurking in the undergrowth

A very wet day today in the Lakes so after a hearty breakfast we set off for Grizedale Forest. Initially the rain was light but quickly became much heavier, so we were happy to find this fern scultpure and some dense wood to put on our waterproofs and have a snack. Not a particularly exciting walk but the occasional scultpure helped and we enjoyed the fresh air.
