The Butterfield Window

Cliffe Castle in Keighley is always worth a visit.  It really is an excellent and interesting museum - and it's free :-)
The centrepiece is the Entrance Hall and the Grand Staircase which is embellished with an elaborate balustrade and marble columns and backed by a large stained glass window..  Over the years the window deteriorated until a complete restoration was necessary.  This took two years and was completed last vear, but Cliffe Castle now really has a window to be proud of  :-)
