Sweet Peas

First batch of sweet peas sown today.Helen has been sowing.We are still waiting for some seed to come.Alyssum seed is in short supply because the seed dressing we have relied upon as an industry for the last thirty years is being withdrawn at the end of the month.As with so many green policies introduced by people with no thought for the consequences to others as long as their policies don't effect themselves or their way of life.

Had an evening of nostalgia listening to some great music from the seventies (Elvis Costello) and eighties (Fun Boy Three).Simpler times?Possibly.Happier times to grow up in?Definitely.As kids all we had to worry about was the Russians and possible nuclear war(Protect and Survive)
Now kids are worried to death by God (David Attenborough) and the Holy Mother (Greta Thunberg) droning on about global warming.All doom and gloom but no answers.
