Emergency blip

This is an emergency blip as had builders in since 8am this morning then had to go to work.
This was taken about 7am today and it is the reflection of the new Led treet light that was changed a few weeks back when we had no light.
It is weird to say the least it is only my house no other. Only noticed it this morning as it was dark when I had the dogs out. REAL WEIRD
