Mrs 24601 is away again being busy and important, so I’m all alone tonight.

I’ve discovered the art of making potato chunks/bites truly crunchy.

Flour.

It’s taken me years, nay decades, to unlock this culinary secret.

So tonight it’s spicy chunks of potatoes with a full gammon steak.
