Double-decker Slow Cook

Went to the cinema to see 'David Copperfield' today; very enjoyable.  Slow cooked a meal for afterwards; aubergine and tomato on top of a lamb and date tagine.  Spooned off the aubergine and tomato before adding fresh dates and lemon juice to the tagine.  Main course and a side dish in one pot!
