We took to each other and sat and passed some time together ...He looked to have a lot on his mind and I listened.

After an appointment this morning, we took the MG for a spin with a view to beginning a search to replace the Passat. It’s getting old and will soon need repairs that will cost more than is worth. It’s also diesel and the new ULEZ regulations will soon restrict where we can drive it in London. We won’t be looking for new, just newer to us, but Passat estates are hard to come by. Apparently the SUV has replaced them.

Lunch at a garden centre, and lots of people watching was fun but this chap won the day.
