Afternoon Walk

Today has been a very bity day but productive this morning I went to fat club another 1/2 pound off seems to be coming off slowly but at least I'm losing, then off to Kingswinford to the bank and building society with M.and to take the bags of stuff we had sorted out last week to the charity shops called at Morrisons on the way back to pick up some shopping home for lunch then realised I had forgotten the Quark for tea so walked to Asda in Sedgley through the park, when we got home H.had arrived to finish clearing her bedroom ready for when they move in some more bags for the charity shop, a pile for Ziffit and another pile for Music Magpie. Now ready for bed.
