Frosty

The frost was on the pumpkin deer again this morning. It was very misty so the quality of the frost on things like tall grass in the hayfield was somehow somewhat different than just a standard frost. Frozen mist rather than just frost... Anyhoo - one of the mama deer came with the three young ones this morning before we set out on our walk, and the tips of their ears were all frosty.

Edit - HOAR FROST! That's what it is!!!
