BlipaEwan 15...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I try to get them on the same date of each month (the one year ago thumbnail has proved a brilliant tool for this series) and in the same pose so that I can see how they change over time.

Yayyy, Ewan can walk! Oh bugger, Ewan can walk!

We were down in York for a weeks holiday this week. Before we went, the most consecutive steps Ewan had managed was 2. By the time we got back home, he could walk as far as he could be bothered. This was really cool because we all got to witness the development from crawling to walking. That was about 3 weeks ago and he's now getting a dab hand at it although still slightly shakey.

If you are a regular follower, you may already know that this also gave rise to a wee accident he had last week. He managed to get into the kitchen and as he does, lunges for his destination. Unfortunately, his destination on this occasion was the oven door. Another wee trip up to A&E ensued. His hand is fine and as you may be able to notice, still wrappped up but it doesn't causee him much bother and is healing very well. The last nurse visit reckoned that he should be able to keep it off from Wednesday.
