Hot apple pie and ice cream

Being that its been chucking it down with snow all day, and we are all sporting some sort of illness in our house, we haven't moved all day!
So after a little afternoon snooze, we had apple pie and ice cream, and having been extra good all year so far, trying to loose a few lbs for my party, it tasted extra special!!!
