Getting a-head of herself.

Des did actually do the Sprint with me today, although I'mi not sure he should have. He had linament and a crepe bandage on his bad foot, and half way through when he was getting warm, he smelt like a horse, if you know what I mean. It was actually dry when I left the gym but as you can see by my blip, the paths were flooded  I had to get off the path to let this lady pass, so I thought  she wouldn't mind if I blipped her. My shoes were covered in mud when I got home and took ages to clean. J went to Llandow in the car, and got home about an hour after I did. We are having a pork dinner later, for a change.
