The Alien Sky......

It has been very hot today. The temperature reached 34.3C in the porch in the shade. Late afternoon the sky became very hazy, probably from smoke from Australian bushfires. The sun tried to break through making for an alien effect.
Keith was admitted to Wairau Hospital late last night with lung problems. Son Duncan is here from Havelock and is a great support. Hopefully Keith will be coming home in a few days time.
