This may possibly have been used for moving people and materials in one of the installations for producing the special fuels. Its current owners were not forthcoming on the subject, saying only that 'it had an interesting history' in curiously lisped speech. I am not sure, but it seemed to me that they had no ears. Their hands, massively hyperdactylic, were also apparently partly webbed.
